About the IAD
Promoting Excellence in Dermatology
Founded in 1995, the Indiana Academy of Dermatology is an independent, tax-exempt professional association, or 501(c)(6), dedicated to advancing dermatology in the state of Indiana.
Mission
Today, our professional medical society continues to promote excellence in dermatologic care. We provide members with forums for making connections and having discussions with peers. We improve care through continuing education and opportunities for patient advocacy.
The objectives of IAD are to advance dermatology in Indiana, to promote high standards in patient care, to facilitate continuing medical education and collegiality among its members, and to advocate for the patients we serve, our communities, and the medical profession.
